MARSEATER is a Rap-Rock band led by Emmett Favreau ‘26, Caro Crosby ‘25, and Elijah Davis ‘26. They’re Wesleyan University’s second all-Black music group, and they seek to combine the lyrical complexities of Hip-Hop with the intensity of rock instrumentation. Taking inspiration from Black bands such as N.E.R.D and Bad Brains, they also have a mission of further diversifying the Wesleyan performance scene through their self expression and personalities.
