Weekly Track Roundup 4/10/23: Disgusting Songs

In keeping with the D-(…)-ing Songs theme from last week, we’ve put together some songs that stir a visceral reaction - whether that be from us or some theoretical third party. Enjoy!

Crywank - “Drippy Droopy Pigeonhole”

Largely self-explanatory. I genuinely do like this song, but it's literally called "Drippy Droopy Pigeonhole." Just, like, marinate on that title for a moment and all its implications. Try to say it out loud without grimacing. You physically can't. It's impossible. As always, Crywank songs remain uniquely difficult to recommend to other people, and "Drippy Droopy Pigeonhole" might be one of the hardest. Like, imagine driving into town with some friends and saying "Hey guys, can you queue up 'Drippy Droopy Pigeonhole' by this band Crywank?" You'd lose aux privileges for the rest of your life.
-Casey Epstein-Gross

Ernesto Birmingham - GROSS..

you know you laughed at the pun.
-Emmett Favreau

Cannibal Corpse - “I Cum Blood”

The lyrics are genuinely awful to hear. I love metal, but this is disgusting.
-Alexandra Taylor

Model/Actriz - “Mosquito”

It's VISCERAL. It's NASTY. "Body count higher than a mosquito?" wheew
-Elijah Davis

Miley Cyrus - “CATTITUDE” (feat. RuPaul)

Not only are we introduced to this hidden gem in the brief intermediate era of Miley that predated "Plastic Hearts", fans of RuPaul get to see the Queen of all Queens in an entirely new raunchy light. Honestly, the most disgusting part of the song is that you might end up liking it.
-Nolan Lewis

Kanye West - “Monster” (feat. Jay-Z, Rick Ross, Nicki Minaj & Bon Iver)

idk that’s just how i feel
-Jake Gale

Amon Tobin - “Escape”

the sub-bass on this song is the sound of Evil. i am mesmerized by it - feels like the entire song buckles under its weight
-Max Levin

Acid Souljah - “Union Guy”

through my extremely thorough research on collective action and sincere belief that every single person on campus is here because their families can afford full tuition, I have extrapolated my attitudes on recent developments on campus into a general disdain for anything relating to the lyrics of this song !
-Cassandra Weigle
